Cookie Policy
This policy explains how pergo.brtintertech.com, operated by BRT Intertech Co.,Ltd., uses cookies and browser storage. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
Effective 6 September 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website leaves in your browser. This site also uses two similar mechanisms: localStorage (persists until cleared) and sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). We refer to all three as "cookies" here.
2. We ask first
On your first visit a consent banner appears. Until you accept, the site loads no analytics or advertising script at all — not merely withholding data, but not fetching the script. You may accept individual categories, and change your mind later via the cookie settings button at the bottom of every page.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 Necessary (cannot be disabled)
These hold nothing that identifies you and are never sent to our servers.
pergo.lang(localStorage) — remembers whether you read in Thai or English. Persists until you clear browser data.pergo.consent.v1(localStorage) — remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Persists until you clear browser data or change the setting.pergo-chat-session(sessionStorage) — a random ID that keeps chat replies in the right thread. Cleared the moment you close the tab.
3.2 Analytics (optional)
Loaded only with your consent. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, shows us which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and where the site is slow. Typical cookies include _ga and _ga_<property id>, generally lasting about 2 years.
You can opt out further with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
3.3 Marketing (optional)
Loaded only with your consent. Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., measures the advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram. Typical cookies include _fbp and _fbc, generally lasting about 3 months.
You can adjust this further in the ad preferences of your Facebook account.
4. Other third-party cookies
Some pages embed a Google Map. When such a page renders, Google may set its own cookies under Google's policy, which is outside our control.
5. Changing your mind
- Use the cookie settings button at the bottom of the screen to switch categories on or off.
- Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings — the consent banner will ask again.
- Set your browser to refuse all cookies — the site remains readable, but your language choice will not be remembered.
