Privacy Policy

BRT Intertech Co.,Ltd. ("the Company", "we") is the importer and distributor of Pergo flooring in Thailand and the operator of pergo.brtintertech.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect from you, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Effective 6 September 2026

1. Data controller

BRT Intertech Co.,Ltd.
2991/26 Soi Ladprao 101/3, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand
Tel 063-220-3000 · Email info@brtintertech.com

For any question about this policy, or to exercise your rights, write to the address above.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us, plus the technical data the site needs to run. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect sensitive data (race, religion, health, biometrics).

2.1 Contact / quotation form

  • Name (required)
  • Phone number (required)
  • Collection you are interested in (optional)
  • Room size in square metres (optional)
  • Your message (optional)
  • The language you are browsing in, and the referral source (UTM) if present

This form does not ask for your email address — we follow up by phone.

2.2 Catalogue download

  • Email address (required)
  • Name (optional — if left blank we use the email address instead)
  • The name of the file you requested

2.3 Website chat

  • The messages you type, and when you sent them
  • A randomly generated conversation ID so replies stay in the right thread. It is stored in your browser and disappears when you close the tab; it is not linked to your identity.

Please do not type ID card numbers, card numbers or passwords into the chat.

2.4 Data generated automatically when you visit

  • IP address — used to rate-limit form submissions and block spam and automated abuse. We do not use it to identify you and do not combine it with other data.
  • Server access logs (pages requested, timestamps, browser type) recorded automatically by our infrastructure providers.
  • Cookies and browser storage — see section 5 and our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry, quoting, arranging a site measure — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (PDPA s.24(3)).
  • Sending the catalogue you asked for — same basis.
  • Answering chat and following up open questions — our legitimate interest in serving customers.
  • Preventing spam and protecting the site — legitimate interest.
  • Measuring site usage and advertising performance — consent. These run only if you accept, and you can withdraw at any time.

We will not use your data for a purpose materially different from those listed here without telling you first.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is accessible to:

  • Our sales and customer service staff, as needed to reply. When a form is submitted, a notification is sent to the Company's official LINE account, whose members are the responsible staff only.
  • Our internal sales management system, where enquiries are recorded for follow-up.
  • Service providers acting as processors: hosting and network providers (Cloudflare, Inc. and Railway Corp.) and LINE Corporation for internal notifications.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) — only if you have consented to analytics and marketing cookies.
  • Government authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Thailand, so a cross-border transfer may occur. We use providers that maintain internationally recognised data protection standards.

5. Cookies and tracking

The site shows a consent banner first and loads no analytics or advertising script until you accept. You may accept some categories only, and change your mind later using the cookie settings button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Necessary — remembers your chosen language (pergo.lang) and your cookie choice itself (pergo.consent.v1). Stored in your browser, never sent to us. Cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to see which pages get read. Optional.
  • Marketing — Meta Pixel, to measure advertising. Optional.

Full details in our Cookie Policy.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and catalogue requests — 3 years from the last contact, so our sales team can follow up and refer back. After that, deleted or anonymised.
  • Chat messages — 1 year from the end of the conversation.
  • Access logs and rate-limiting IP data — kept only as long as the system needs, no more than 90 days.
  • Accounting and tax records (if you become a customer and a transaction takes place) — 5 years, as required by law.
  • Values stored in your own browser — until you clear your browser data or change your cookie settings.

7. How we protect it

The whole site is served over HTTPS. The back office holding enquiry records requires a login, and access is granted only to staff whose job requires it. Public forms are rate-limited to resist automated submission.

No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach occurs that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee within 72 hours as the law requires, and notify you where the law requires it.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

  • Access your data and obtain a copy
  • Rectify data that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Erase or anonymise it
  • Restrict its use
  • Object to collection, use or disclosure
  • Port your data to another controller
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe we have acted improperly

To exercise any of these, email info@brtintertech.com. We respond within 30 days of receiving the request. We may ask for further information to verify your identity, so that your data is not handed to someone else. There is no charge.

If you ask us to erase your contact details, we will no longer be able to reply to the enquiry you sent.

9. Links to other sites

This site links to the international Pergo site, to our parent company Unilin, and to our social channels. Once you leave, data collection is governed by the destination site's own policy, which we do not control.

10. Minors

This site is intended for people choosing flooring materials and is not directed at children under 20. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has sent us data without your consent, write to info@brtintertech.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The version shown on this page is the one in force, and the last-updated date appears at the foot of the page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
