1. Who we are

BRT Intertech Co.,Ltd. is the importer and distributor of Pergo flooring in Thailand. The PERGO trade mark belongs to Unilin BV and is used with the owner's permission in our capacity as distributor. This is the Thai distributor's site, not the brand's international site.

2. What this site does and does not do

The site provides product information and a way to contact us. It is not an online ordering system. An order exists only once we have issued a quotation and you have confirmed it.

3. Prices and availability

Any price shown on the site is indicative. Unless expressly stated, it excludes installation, underlay, delivery and subfloor preparation.
Prices and the product range may change without notice.
The binding price is the one in the quotation we issue, valid for the period stated on it.
Some decors may be out of stock or discontinued by the factory. We will tell you before confirming an order.

4. Colours and grain on screen

Product images come from Pergo's official files, but the colour you see depends on your screen and your room lighting. Please view a physical sample before deciding. Variation in grain between planks is inherent to the product and is not a defect.

5. The area calculator

The calculator gives a rough box count from the dimensions you enter. It does not allow for cutting waste, irregular room shapes, laying direction, or pattern matching. Do not order from this figure alone — confirm quantities with our sales team first.

6. Warranty

Warranty terms are on the Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Thai law.

7. Copyright and trade marks

The content, images and downloadable files on this site belong to BRT Intertech Co.,Ltd. or to Unilin BV as the case may be. You may download catalogues and guides for reference on your own project, but may not use the content commercially, modify it, or republish it as your own without written permission.

8. Prohibited use

Submitting false information or using someone else's identity in a form
Automated requests or bulk scraping that degrades the service
Attempting to breach, probe, or reach non-public parts of the system
Sending unlawful, defamatory or infringing content through our contact channels

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and current, but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or entirely free of error. To the extent the law permits us to limit liability, we are not liable for loss arising from acting on site information without confirming it with our team first. This limitation does not cover loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to the international Pergo site, to Unilin, and to our social channels. We are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
